Elaboration
Harvested by hand from selected grapes vines planted at high density (7,000 plants/ha). Fermented by the traditional artisan methods. Slow alcoholic fermentation in cement vats.
Vineyards
The vineyard is located in Itata Valley.
Planted in 2011 by Pedro Parra. This vineyards holds high density and french clones and mussels selections from Burgundy.
Terroir
Pour Ma Gueule is a classical burgundy sense that means « For My Mouth », that winemakers use for the stash of wine they keep for themselves to drink with friends and family.
Soils are composed by basalt volcanic blocks. Weather is cloudy during the year with and average rainfall of 600 to 800 millimeters per year.
